We ask that you arrive at least 30-minutes prior to your service so that you may take full advantage of our amenities and facilities prior to your service. Please see our Spa Concierge for complete details regarding this or any of our policies. Proper attire is required for all minors having eligible services. All facilities and amenities are adult only, so minors under the age of 18 are not permitted access. Guests under 18 years of age require parental consent via a signed Minor Waiver and in some cases, Parent must accompany minor during the treatment. Some services cannot be performed on our guests if they have a pre-existing medical condition such as pregnancy. If you have any medical conditions that may impact your experience, please share with our Concierge upon booking your reservations.
